Broad Sand is a sandy beach with rock pools found on the coast path between Bantham Sand and Thurlestone Sand. There is a steep path from the coast path to the beach. There is no parking and no facilities and the beach is usually quiet, but there are fine views across Bigbury Bay. There is a car park at Bantham Sand and Bantham Sand is about 20 miles from Plymouth on the A379. Walking from Bantham to Broad Sand takes about 20 minutes.
