Portgiskey is a small narrow sandy cove south of Pentewan on the South Cornwall coast looking out onto St Austell Bay. The cove is usually fairly quiet as there are no facilties and access is via the coast path. The nearest car parking is in a layby south of Pentewan on the B3273, which is the St Austell to Mevagissey road. From the layby walk on the road a short distance down the hill until there is a path which links up with the coast path. Then take the coast path south. Alternatively park at Mevagissey and walk the coast path north.
