Stoke Beach is a picturesque beach below a large caravan park called Revelstoke Park on the South Devon coast. The beach is grey sand and shingle and there are large rocky areas with rock pools. The beach is usually quiet as parking is very limited and there are no facilities. Stoke Beach is about a couple of miles from Noss Mayo which is about 10 miles from Plymouth. Take the A379 out of Plymouth and turn onto the B3186 at Yealmpton. Follow this road to Newton Ferrers and drive through Newton Ferrers to Bridgend and follow the sign to Noss Mayo. At Noss Mayo continue up the hill past the church. Continue on this road out of Noss Mayo into countryside and continue on this road until it reaches a left bend. Opposite the bend there is a small lane signposted to Stoke Beach. Follow this lane down to the car park above Revelstoke Park.
