Watcombe Beach is a pleasant small sandy cove a few miles north of Babbacombe and Torquay. There are no facilities at the beach. Torquay is 24 miles from Exeter on the A38 and A380. At Torquay follow the A3022 to the Torquay sea front and then take the A379 through Torquay and north of Babbacombe. Shortly after Babbacombe on the A379 there is a signposted right turning to Watcombe Beach. Along this lane there is a small car park and then a 10 minute walk to the cove. Note that the path is steep in places.
