Tamerton Lake is a creek which feeds into the Tamar estuary just above Ernesettle to the north of Plymouth. At Ernesettle there is a green above the southern bank of Tamerton Lake and a footpath along the bank, with some nice views along the creek and out to the Tamar. In Plymouth follow the directions to Ernesettle and at Ernesettle turn onto Budshead Road and then turn left at a mini rounadbout onto Biggin Hill. Follow Biggin Hill until a junction and then turn right onto Lakeside Drive. On Lakeside Drive there is a housing estate above Tamerton Lake with limited road parking.
