Mutters Moor is a large woodland and heathland near Sidmouth in East Devon. There are a number of trails and paths through Mutters Moor and there is a large car park. Mutters Moor is about 16 miles east of Exeter. From Exeter take the A376 and A3052. To avoid Sidmouth, on the A3052 after Newton Poppleford, just after the bridge over the River Otter, turn right onto a lane. After several miles on this lane, at a junction turn left onto Pinn Lane. Continue on Pinn Lane which eventually becomes Peak Hill Road. Follow Peak Hill Road to the top of a hill where the car park for Mutters Moor is on the left. Alternatively continue on the A3052 and turn right to Sidmouth onto the B3176. Take the B3176 to the sea front, here turn right and drive along the sea front road which eventually becomes Peak Hill Road.
