Uphams Wood is a large woodland and heath on the east edge of Woodbury Common in East Devon. There is a car park by the woods and there a number of paths through the woods and also paths to Woodbury Common. Uphams Wood is about 9 miles east of Exeter. From Exeter take the A376 and A3052. On the A3052 at the Halfway House junction turn right onto the B3180 signposted to Exmouth. Continue on this road for several miles and then turn left at the Four Firs crossroads. Continue on this road to the Uphams car park.
